Sandra Charlene Eldridge, 81, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her residence. She was born on August 5, 1941, in Warren, the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (O’Brien) Shine. Sandra is survived by her children, Scott Eldridge, and Tina Phan, both of Warren; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and cousin and friend, Thomas Shine. He was a 1973 graduate of Tidioute High School. He was a machine operator at Osram Sylvania from which he retired. He enjoyed hiking, hanging out with his nieces and nephews, and most importantly enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by Patricia White, their children Andrew White and Kelly Brandt (B.J.), and grandchildren Emma, Alexandra, Katherine, Davis, Thomas, Arthur and his sister Kim Hubble.
